Redwood Empire The Hyperion Batch 001 is the inaugural release in an ambitious new annual limited-edition series exploring the boundaries of American whiskey. Created by Redwood Empire Master Distiller Jeff Duckhorn and Master Blender Lauren Patz, this unique expression brings together four distinct styles of straight whiskey in one remarkably complex blend.

The 2026 inaugural batch combines 32% Bourbon Whiskey, 30% Rye Whiskey, 25% Wheat Whiskey, and 13% American Single Malt Whiskey. The individual whiskey components range from 7 to 14 years old and represent more than ten different mash bills.

Bottled at a bold 110 Proof (55% ABV) and presented without chill filtration, The Hyperion delivers a rich and layered whiskey experience. The name pays tribute to Hyperion, the legendary California coast redwood recognized as the tallest known living tree.

This first Batch 001 release is designed as a one-of-a-kind expression, with future annual releases expected to feature entirely different blends and profiles.
