General Returns:
- In accordance with California law, wines sold are generally non-returnable. However, defective wines may be returned for credit or replacement within thirty days of the purchase date.
- All returned wines must be accompanied by a valid receipt.
Older Wines:
- Hi-Proof takes great care to ensure proper temperature-controlled storage and provenance for all wines. However, we cannot assume responsibility for wines older than five years from the latest vintage, which is an industry standard.
Heat and Ullage:
- Heat is detrimental to wine, and even mild temperatures inside a vehicle can compromise wine quality, causing cork issues and label damage.
- We cannot accept returns for wines displaying evidence of heat damage.
