Cadenhead’s Orkney Single Malt Scotch Whisky has been produced with malted barley from the island’s barley fields and matured in ex-bourbon and Oloroso Sherry casks. It is non-chill filtered and bottled at 46% vol. This whisky is characterised by malt and heather aromas with notes of ripe banana. On the palate it is smooth and sweet with nutty and toffee notes, underpinned by light oak characters. The dram is finished with a gentle smokiness, lingering long on the palate.
