Dark Arts Oloroso Sherry Garcia Vol. 3 114.06 Proof 750ml

Dark Arts Oloroso Sherry Garcia Vol. 3 114.06 Proof 750ml

Dark Arts Sherry Garcia Vol. 3 Oloroso Sherry Cask Finished Bourbon Whiskey 750ml is a distinctive small-batch release from Dark Arts Whiskey House, combining mature high-rye bourbon with the rich, nutty influence of Oloroso sherry casks.

Distilled in Indiana and aged for approximately 8.5 years, the bourbon is finished in Oloroso sherry casks to develop additional depth, dark fruit complexity, and a robust oak character. Bottled at cask strength at 114.06 proof (57.03% ABV), this expression balances the bold spice of high-rye bourbon with the dried fruit richness of sherry cask maturation.

The nose opens with dried cranberry, citrus zest, and subtle honey, followed by cherry and seasoned oak. On the palate, rich cherry and cranberry mingle with toasted walnut, caramel, and dark chocolate. Baking spices and charred oak build toward a long, warming finish with dark fruit and dry sherry nuttiness.
