This is Bulleit’s first-ever Bottled‑in‑Bond release, distilled entirely in-house from a single distillation season (spring 2017) by one distiller, aged for 7 years, and bottled at 100 proof (50 % ABV) under federal supervision .

It conforms to the Bottled‑in‑Bond Act of 1897: single distiller, one season, at least four‑year age, and bonded warehouse aging — ensuring top-tier quality.
Tasting Notes

Aroma (Nose): Spicy and fruity, with hints of lightly toasted oak, maple, nutmeg, and vanilla.

Palate (Taste): Layers of brown sugar, molasses, caramel, vanilla, cinnamon roll, raspberry, and burnt sugar. The texture is somewhat oily with a moderate body and rye-driven spic.
