M. Chapoutier Ermitage De L'Orée Blanc 2011 is an exceptional white wine from the prestigious Hermitage AOC in France's Northern Rhône Valley. Produced from the historic Les Murets parcel, this renowned single-vineyard wine is made from 100% Marsanne sourced from old vines, delivering remarkable richness, minerality, and aging potential.

The 2011 vintage displays an intense golden color and an expressive bouquet of warm stone, caramel, ripe lemon, acacia, and hawthorn. The palate is broad, full-bodied, and exceptionally complex, revealing layers of ripe fruit, spice, roasted notes, and pronounced mineral freshness.

Approximately half of the wine is fermented in large 600-liter wooden barrels with regular lees stirring, while the remainder is fermented in vats. The wine is then aged on its lees for approximately 10–12 months.
