Ron Pelacañas Solera Aged Rum 750ml is the first aged rum release from Hacienda El Carmen in Jalisco, Mexico. Made from 100% estate-grown, freshly pressed sugarcane juice, this distinctive Mexican rum is fermented in open-top pine vats, double-distilled, and matured in American oak ex-whiskey barrels through a traditional four-tier solera system.

Known as Edition Zero, this inaugural release draws from the oldest tier, blending rum from the 2022–2023 production season. Bottled at its natural batch strength without added water, it delivers a distinctive profile that highlights fresh sugarcane character alongside the complexity developed during oak aging.
