- Crafted from a single, center-cut rack of 19 barrels, non‑chill filtered
- Mash bill: 74% corn, 18% rye, 8% malted barley .
- Distilled/aged in Bardstown, Kentucky, bottled by Three Springs Bottling Company, Bowling Green, KY
Tasting Notes
- Color: Deep amber with copper‑sun-yellow highlights.
- Nose: Oak and wood char, transitioning to dark fruit and sweet corn.
- Palate: Bold oak, aged spice, toasted grains, with toffee and smoky-sweet undertones.
- Finish: Lingering sweet tobacco and rye, slightly dry
