PM Spirits Project Tequila Blanco Still Strength 110 Proof 700mL - Award-winning additive-free tequila crafted in collaboration with tequila expert Jose Luis Gutierrez. Distilled at NOM 1468 from 100% estate-grown Blue Weber Agave (6-year average age, 35 Brix ripeness). Single horno (oven) production ensures each batch represents a unique snapshot of time and terroir - true small batch tequila. Brick oven cooked for 40 hours, double-distilled in 3,500-liter copper pot stills, and bottled at still strength 55% ABV (110 proof) with zero water added and no additives. Confirmed additive-free by Tequila Matchmaker. Rested 15 days in ex-bourbon barrels. Complete transparency with full production details on every bottle. Wine Enthusiast 97-point rating (Batch 3).
