"First time user of Hi Proof and everything was very positive overall. I expected a little quicker turnaround but otherwise all good. I had contacted Customer Service twice and both times they got back to me within 24 hours and they were always very positive. When the package arrived I was totally impressed by the packaging - it was first class. Prices of the items I was ordering was fantastic. The difference between what I would have had to pay in my market was substantially more than prices with Hi Proof. I will definitely be buying from them again."

My #1 Rye

"I first tasted this at the Dickel Dinner/Tasting Event on 12/6 and I liked it so much that I bought two bottles along with a 15-Year Dickel Single Barrel Hi-Proof store pick. I've been comparing my other rye whiskies to this one and it wins out every time. This has quickly become my preferred rye. The sale price and high quality make this an outstanding value."

Better than anticipated

"Generally not a fan of dickel, at least their standard offerings. Too mineralic and thin on the palate. Also tends to lack sweetness. Couldn't pass it up at $24 though. Easily worth the price and probably about double that. At $100 it is a very tough sell as there are far better offerings. The nose is floral and spicy. Palate was much sweeter than expected but still quite moderate. I get hints of that dickel minerals and then the rye spice comes in. Not dill nor that green but rather spicy like cinnamon and black pepper with a hint of cayenne. I prefer Willet 4yr to this rye but at $24 this is pretty amazing and it offers a fairly unique rye experience. Gonna have to snag 4 more bottles at this price."
