"This is a delightful Chardonnay. Well balanced with a nice oak finish. Dry and complex - a little minerally and perfect for any simply prepared whitefish or sautéed chicken. Probably too subtle to pair well with grilled or highly-spiced proteins. Wonderful with a salad"
