Part III is the third release in The GlenAllachie's most adventurous chapter yet, and arguably its boldest. Distilled in 2014 and matured for 11 years, this expression pairs French Limousin virgin oak — sourced from the forests of central France, medium charred, medium toasted, and air-dried for 15 months — with the rich familiarity of Oloroso sherry casks. The wide grain structure of Limousin oak encourages deep interaction with the spirit, delivering honey, orange peel, and gentle spice, perfectly counterbalanced by the dried fruit, dark chocolate, and warming depth of Oloroso sherry. Bottled at cask strength, with natural color and without chill filtration. A limited-edition release. Once it's gone, it's gone.
