"Compared to older-21, the new-21 has a deeper richer aroma and taste, possibly due to having a higher oloroso content than the older version. Regardless of how she did it Rachel Barrie put out a really good product with the "new-21". Taste for me is stronger than the aroma and the spiciness of the pedro ximenez really shows up. I wouldn't say it matches the sherry bomb of the 18 (not as fruity), but the oloroso is certainly there."
