Shinshu Mars Iwai Japanese Whisky is crafted by the Mars Shinshu distillery, located high in the Japanese Alps in Nagano Prefecture. This expression is inspired by traditional American whiskies and uses a mash bill primarily of corn, balanced with malted barley. Aged in ex-bourbon barrels, it delivers a smooth and approachable profile, making it versatile for sipping or cocktails. It is non-age statement and bottled at 40% ABV.
