Fiddler Combine Bourbon: ASW Distillery x John Deere “Soil to Still”

Fiddler Combine is a wheated straight bourbon from ASW Distillery in Atlanta, Georgia, created in partnership with John Deere. Part of the “Soil to Still” collaboration, it celebrates the American farm, where every bottle of whiskey truly begins.

The name honors John Deere’s self-propelled combine harvester, first introduced in 1947. Like the machine it’s named for, this bourbon is built around the harvest, with an unusually high-wheat mash bill and a finish in hand-charred Georgia white oak.

What Makes It Special

• 45% wheat mash bill: More than double the wheat of most wheated bourbons, giving it a soft, rounded, sweet profile
• 8 years old: Age-stated straight bourbon
• Georgia white oak finish: Charred Georgia white oak staves are added to each barrel for the final 60–90 days
• Barrel strength style: Non-chill filtered, with no added color

• Nose: Pecan pie, warm vanilla, and caramel
