“Lidia” is a limited-edition Joven tequila from Siembra Azul (NOM 1414, Highlands of Jalisco). It’s crafted by blending Blanco, Reposado, and Añejo tequilas — some of the oldest, most treasured batches in their lineup. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof), this release is a tribute to Lidia Piñera Ramirez (mother of founder David Suro). It’s designed to offer both the freshness of joven and the depth of aged expressions. 

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Caramelized agave, soft vanilla crème brûlée, honey, nutty / woody tones, hints of stone fruits such as poached pear and dried apricot. Mild smoked oak and subtle spice.

• Palate: Rich agave presence balanced with dried orchard fruits, dates, raisins; warm spices like cinnamon; creamy vanilla; nutty and woody back-notes; slight toast.

• Finish: Smooth and lingering with woody spice, caramel, dried fruit, maybe a bit of light smoke; refined and elegant.
