Every drop is distilled, aged in charred New American Oak barrels, and bottled right in Templeton, Iowa, aged through the state's wild seasonal swings that add bold character and depth.
Templeton prioritizes full transparency in this release, spelling out the yeast strain (Fermentis Safspirit), grain sourcing, fermentation time, and barrel type — a level of openness rare in the industry.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Rich notes of vanilla, oak, pepper spice, buttered popcorn, brown sugar, and melting caramel.
