Compass Box Art & Decadence Blended Scotch Whisky 700ml

Compass Box Art & Decadence is a rich and indulgent Limited Edition Blended Scotch Whisky created for lovers of luxurious, dessert-inspired whisky. Bottled at 49% ABV, this expression combines malt whisky from Balmenach, Linkwood and Glen Moray with grain whisky from the now-closed Port Dundas Distillery.

The whisky is built around Balmenach malt whisky finished in Madeira, Sauternes and Marsala casks, creating layers of preserved fruit, honey and sweetness. Linkwood matured in Palo Cortado sherry-seasoned butts and Glen Moray finished in Oloroso sherry-seasoned butts add further depth and complexity.

On the nose, expect red apple, vanilla, waxed wood and rich wine notes, followed by creamy flavors of banana, toffee and custard. The palate develops into golden raisin, apricot, apple and vanilla, with a lingering finish of dark chocolate and fragrant oak.

Released in November 2023, Art & Decadence was produced as a limited edition, with Compass Box listing the release at approximately 9,496 bottles. It is naturally colored and not chill-filtered
