"An incredible gin from Holland, definitely on the floral side but not a bouquet of potpourri or anything. Smooth, complex, vibrant. Equally at home in a citrusy, bubbly drink as it is a martini. I definitely think it pairs with lemon and grapefruit way better than lime. If I could only keep 3 gins on my bar this would be one (along with Drumshanbo Gunpowder from Ireland and Barr Hill from Vermont)"
