"The Conundrum white is a bit of an odd duck. It’s sweeter than most non-German/non-dessert wines and it has a decent amount of acidity with good complexity thanks to the blending process. I buy this wine to accompany Thai food and it is a perfect pairing every single time. It has the character to complement the Thai chilies without being too sweet and cloying that can happen when Thai food is paired with an Auslese. This is the perfect choice for THAI FOOD and I am certain that there might be some other cuisines that it works well with but, it’s my go-to for spicy Thai Curries."
