Tasting Notes

• Appearance: Deep amber with dark golden hues. 

• Nose: Bright pineapple up front, then dark/richer notes—cola, grape soda, earthy soil. Spices of caraway, ginger beer, peppercorn, menthol. A mix of dried fruits and nuts, with an impression reminiscent of peanut butter & jelly. 

• Palate: Syrupy sweetness balanced by oak tannin and proof-driven heat. Flavors of dark toffee, hazelnut, black walnut; chocolate-covered espresso beans; tobacco bits; some lighter fruit notes (watermelon) peek through.
