This classic Spätlese offers beautiful aromas of white flowers, elderflower, ripe fruit, and fine spice, with a light-footed palate balanced by refreshing acidity and a subtle mineral character. Fermented in traditional Fuder casks with 52 g/L residual sugar, the wine combines natural sweetness with lively freshness and a long, mouthwatering finish. The 2021 vintage received 94 points from Yves Beck and 92 points from Mosel Fine Wines.
