El Gran Legado Blanco Still Strength is bottled straight from the still at 54.5% ABV without water dilution. The agaves are slow-cooked for 24 hours in traditional brick ovens, rested for an additional day, naturally fermented in stainless-steel tanks, and carefully distilled before resting 15–30 days prior to bottling.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Cooked agave, minerality, mint, citrus, fresh herbs and eucalyptus
- Palate: Sweet cooked agave with white pepper, anise, honey, citrus and herbal notes
- Finish: Long, warm and balanced with lingering cooked agave and gentle spice
