Classic nutty and oxidative Foursquare rum aromas of vanilla, toasted coconut, pipe tobacco, and bergamot orange precede a rich palate of caramelized grapefruit peel, roasted Macadamia nuts, blackberry cobbler, and pineapple with a chewy finish of taffy, salted caramel, and toffee
No added sugar, coloring, or other additives
Hand-selected by Richard Seale himself, Foursquare’s Exceptional Cask Series represents the most unique and coveted rum from this celebrated distillery. Deceptively easy to drink despite its robust proof, Convocation is a blend of two fourteen-year-old rums—one fully matured in ex–bourbon barrels and the other in ex–Madeira casks—brimming with cocoa, tobacco, and caramel and punctuated by bursts of citrus and fresh berries.
