- Yuzu flavored Japanese vodka produced by the Tsutsumi Distillery in the Kumamoto Prefecture in Kyushu, Japan
- Base spirit pot distilled from 100% rice
- Yuzu pulp and peels are macerated and pot distilled; yuzu peels are macerated post-distillation for one week
- Bright, juicy yuzu on the nose precedes a vibrant, oily palate dialed in on yuzu peel with subtle notes of jasmine blossom and underripe mango
- Lightly filtered; may contain a minimal amount of sediment from the yuzu peel maceration
- 35% ABV
