The bourbon undergoes a secondary maturation using custom 36-month seasoned French oak with a medium toast, creating deeper oak character and a rich, velvety texture. The profile features rich butterscotch and toffee on the nose, followed by creamy vanilla custard, caramelized sweetness, toasted oak, cinnamon-spiced fruit, and baking spice.
