Last year, we were among the first retailers to secure a Penelope 10 Year pick (actually aged 11 years) — a bottle that quickly became one of our most talked-about single barrels. This March, we doubled down and selected additional Penelope 10 Year barrels, expanding our lineup with more of what our customers have been asking for.
But here's where it gets serious: for the 2026 Project X release, HI PROOF picked all four finishes — St. Croix du Mont, Cherrywood, Armagnac, and 1964 Cognac. Every single one. These barrels are landing at HI PROOF within the next 3–4 months.
