Distilled from 100% Scottish mainland Concerto barley, Octomore 17.2 showcases an innovative maturation process. The whisky spent four years in second-fill French oak casks before being finished in first-fill Port barriques, adding layers of rich fruit and spice to Octomore's signature peat smoke.

Expect notes of ripe red berries, raspberry, blackberry, cassis, citrus zest, toasted oak, clove, dark syrup, earthy peat smoke, and maritime salinity. The long finish brings together sweet malt, dried fruit, oak, spice, and lingering smoky character.
