Campari is a bright red italian liqueur made from bitter herbs, aromatic plants and fruits, though the exact recipe is a secret. A required ingredient (with gin, sweet vermouth and a twist of lemon) in a classic Negroni cocktail, it can also be served chilled in small glasses with appetizers as an apéritif or over ice with soda water and a slice of orange.
