• Matured in a blend of 16 barrels: ex‑bourbon, IPA beer casks, and imperial stout casks.

• Non-age-stated (NAS), average age of the whisky is between 5–9 years.

• Lightly peated.

• Bottled with no added coloring and non-chill-filtered, preserving its natural character.

• The 2025 label features Mark Twain enjoying a dram — the design is part of the annual U.S. Edition tradition. 

Tasting Notes

Nose (Aroma):

• Candied orange peel and light citrus. 

• Dried pineapple. 

• Vanilla pastry cream. 

• Hoppy bitterness, reflecting its beer‑cask maturation. 

Palate (Taste):

• Fruit-forward tropical notes (pineapple, citrus) balanced with malt sweetness. 

• Creamy vanilla and soft pastry-like texture. 

• A subtle herbal or bitter edge from the IPA / stout‑cask influence. 

Finish:

• Warm, moderate length. 

• Slight oak or barrel spice lingering, with a soft touch of malt and beer‑cask character.
