Doc Swinson’s Garryana is a distinctive Straight Bourbon Whiskey finished in rare Garryana Oak casks, part of the brand’s Exploratory Cask Series. Garryana, or Quercus garryana, is a Pacific Northwest oak that brings a darker, richer character to bourbon, transforming familiar caramel and cinnamon notes into deeper flavors of molasses, clove, cocoa, and smoky barbecue.

The bourbon is crafted from a blend of two high-rye bourbon mash bills and initially matured in #4 char American oak for nearly six years before being finished in 350-liter Garryana oak casks. The result is an intensely flavorful bourbon with layers of BBQ smoke, sweet plum sauce, molasses cookies, black tea, fruit leather, cocoa, and fig jam.

Bottled at 108.8 Proof (54.4% ABV), this limited Exploratory Cask release offers a bold combination of dark sweetness, spice, fruit, and distinctive Pacific Northwest oak character.
