• Release Context: Part of Kilchoman’s 20th Anniversary Cask Series, this 14‑year‑old single malt is a vatting of five Oloroso sherry butts, all 100% Islay barley, distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2025. 

• Cask & Maturation: Fully matured in Oloroso sherry butts for 14 years, showcasing rich depth and complexity. It is non–chill filtered, natural in color, and bottled at a bold 55% ABV.

• Limited Edition: Only 3,145 bottles produced globally, making it a highly collectible expression. 

Tasting Notes

• Nose (Aroma): Bold and richly sherried with layers of BBQ smoke, black pepper, raisin syrup, orange marmalade, and polished oak, balanced by hints of coastal brine.

• Palate (Taste): Luxuriant and full-bodied, featuring fig jam, treacle toffee, and sweet malt. Countered with clove‑spiced chocolate, herbal liquorice root, and refreshing citrus lift, all framed by a backdrop of toasted oak and gentle peat. 

• Finish: Long, warming, and smoky—lingering salted caramel, sherry-soaked fruitcake, and campfire embers, with a final whisper of tobacco and seaside sea breeze.
