Mijenta Maestra Selection No. 3 is the third limited-edition release in Mijenta's experimental Maestra Selection series, created under the direction of Maestra Tequilera Ana María Romero. Crafted from 100% Blue Weber Agave in the highlands of Jalisco, this unaged Blanco Tequila is bottled at an elevated 50% ABV (100 proof) to showcase the intensity and natural character of the agave.
The concentrated spirit delivers vibrant cooked agave, citrus oils, fresh herbs, earthy minerality and pepper, with a rich, silky texture and long, clean finish. Made according to Mijenta's production philosophy of using agave, water and yeast, this limited release is designed for sipping and tequila collectors
