Pinhook 11 Year Vertical Series Bourbon 750ml

Pinhook 11 Year Vertical Series Bourbon is the 2026 release in Pinhook’s acclaimed Vertical Series, a long-term project following the same group of bourbon barrels as they mature from four through sixteen years.

This 11-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon is bottled at 114.4 proof (57.2% ABV) and blended from just 62 barrels. The mash bill is 75% corn, 20.5% rye, and 4.5% malted barley. It is bottled at cask strength and non-chill filtered to preserve its rich texture and character.

The 2026 release opens with aromas of burnt orange peel, molasses, white pepper, and cedar, followed by a full-bodied palate of ripe strawberry, crème brûlée, toasted almond, and candied cinnamon. Its high proof and mature oak character create a long, warming finish.
