Scarlet Caffe is the coffee-forward expression from Iseya Distillery, the flagship craft amaro producer out of Kanagawa prefecture, Japan handcrafted by veteran bartender Tatsuya "Moto" Motonaga. Where espresso meets botanical complexity, Caffe delivers deep roasted coffee notes woven seamlessly into Iseya's signature bittersweet amaro structure. 

All Scarlet expressions are produced using botanicals farmed by Motonaga himself without pesticides and with minimal human intervention. Dried and fresh botanicals are macerated in neutral sugarcane spirit, meticulously blended, and rested before being bottled, labeled, and wax-sealed entirely by hand. 

True to the Scarlet philosophy, Caffe is not simply a flavored liqueur — it is a precisely calibrated layering of roasted coffee, bittering botanicals, and subtle sweetness that rewards slow sipping.
