Scarlet Fiori Amaro Bitter Liqueur 750ml Japanese Craft Bitter Iseya Distillery
Highly aromatic with a floral palate full of rich botanical complexity, Fiori is reminiscent of classic vintage amari from decades past yet unmistakably its own.
Crafted by veteran bartender Tatsuya "Moto" Motonaga at Iseya Distillery in Kanagawa prefecture, each expression is made in small batches using estate-grown botanicals farmed without pesticides. Dried and fresh botanicals are macerated in neutral sugarcane spirit, meticulously blended, and then rested before being bottled, labeled, and wax-sealed entirely by hand.
Tasting Notes
- Nose: Intensely floral — jasmine, peach blossom, and fresh mint with earthy undertones
- Palate: Honeyed sweetness layered with botanical complexity; wormwood bitterness balanced by floral brightness
- Finish: Long, aromatic, gently bittersweet
