Torabhaig Sound of Sleat is the fourth release in the Torabhaig Legacy Series, a limited-edition single malt Scotch whisky from the Isle of Skye. This expression is a testament to Torabhaig's evolving style, characterized by their signature "Smoke with Taste" philosophy.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Delicate orange zest leads, followed by apricot and a hint of popcorn sweetness. Maritime seaweed notes emerge, complemented by subtle pipe tobacco, honey, vanilla, and boiled sweets, creating an elegant smokiness. 

• Palate: Light, zesty oak spice joins rich, sweet bonfire smokiness, a hallmark of Torabhaig's spirit. The texture is subtly waxy, with hints of honey and vanilla balancing sea salt and seaweed, transitioning to white pepper and sweet spice. 

• Finish: Lingering and elegant, with notes of honey, storms, and the ocean, reminiscent of a sunset over the Sound of Sleat
