Volans Añejo is a premium small‑batch tequila produced at the respected El Pandillo Distillery (NOM 1579) in Jalisco’s Los Altos highlands. It’s crafted from 100% mature Blue Weber agave, slow‑cooked in traditional stone ovens, double‑distilled in copper pot stills, and then patiently aged in a blend of oak barrels (American, French, German oak) to develop depth, balance, and complexity.
