• Tahona Process:
  The name Tahona reflects its use of an ancient, large volcanic stone wheel (tahona) to crush the cooked blue agave hearts (piñas). This traditional method releases agave juice and fibers together, which many aficionados believe creates a more complex and expressive flavor profile.

• Fermentation & Distillation:
  Fermented with wild, ambient yeast in open-air wooden vats and double-distilled in small copper pot stills to retain nuanced character.

• Ingredients: Only three ingredients — 100% organic blue Weber agave, water, and yeast — with nothing artificial added.
