Unión is committed to sustainable practices—including replanting wild agaves—and works with local communities and maestros mezcaleros to preserve traditional production techniques. 

Tasting Note

• Aroma / Nose: Raw cooked agave, butter, hints of cinnamon, and fresh herbs like mint; layered floral or fruity tones (mango) and new woods. 

• Palate / Flavor: Balanced smokiness from mesquite/oak, minerality and “stone” texture; vegetal‑herbal notes; dry yet with sweet undertones, including caramelized agave. 

• Finish: Smooth, lingering; pink pepper and light cacao/chocolate; subtle warmth with a clean smokiness lingering.
